Job objective

To  be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining pricing data in our management information systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity and timely reporting for pricing strategies and decisions.

Key responsibilities

Operational (Direct ownership)

• Entering account data in CBS within time limits and with high accuracy
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to enter data in CBS software
• Reviewing data received from agents for deficiencies or errors, correct if any
• Scan documents and upload on software when needed

Customer (Direct ownership)

• Regularly audit data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist the Pricing Manager with data collection for pricing strategy development and implementation
• Support the analysis of market trends and competitor pricing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
