Introducing Barrie our Director Client Experience

BTR International is pleased to introduce Barrie Gilmour in his role as Director Client Experience.

Summary

Barrie moved to his current role in April 2023. His work is extremely client focussed. Business acquisition is a key part of his activities; however he is also involved with supporting and developing existing clients as well as securing new business for BTR.

Drawing on his vast experience in the relocation sector, Barrie is keen to develop BTR into the provider of choice for companies seeking bespoke relocation management with outstanding customer care and attention to detail.

“I have a passion for ensuring the client, and their relocating employees, have an amazing experience with BTR. This involves providing consistently exceptional service. I work hard to help the team achieve this,” says Barrie. “We have an amazing team at BTR who all share a desire to support our clients as best we can. This is instilled from the very top of our company and it’s what drives us every day.” 

Barrie’s role provides an opportunity to help corporate clients, the people who are relocating (employees and their families) and his colleagues. He explains: “I love to help people and BTR offers me a great way to do this. I have a genuine opportunity to make a positive difference. Best of all, everyone involved – within the BTR team and our clients – is aligned to providing an amazing relocation experience for individuals and organisations.”
