Sakshi joined BTR a year ago and she has thrived in her people-orientated role. She provides a range of essential HR services, from recruitment to talent development and management. “My aim is to build a strong and diverse workforce by tapping into the best talent within the industry,” explains Sakshi. “I also ensure that BTR’s HR policies & procedures are in line with best practice standards.”

Working across several business activities, Sakshi has developed a high level of employee engagement via proactive discussion and responsive communication, mirroring how BTR works with its clients and assignees.

As Lead HRBP, Sakshi’s role is very varied …  every day is different! “I love interacting with and understanding different people,” she says. “I work with colleagues at every level of the company across all BTR’s business activities. As we are a global organisation, cultural diversity is extremely important and an aspect I enjoy very much.”

Sakshi adds: “In BTR, we work together to provide an excellent service to our clients. The management team appreciates the work that I do, offering guidance whenever required.
